Why do some restaurants not offer mobile order?

Does anyone know why some CS restaurants not offer mobile order? For example, in browsing CS restaurants in AK, that Yak and Yeti Local Foods doesn't offer mobile order. Frankly, I prefer mobile order and wonder why every place doesn't accept it.

I don't know. But at least with YY, it might be because it is operated by an outside restaurant group instead of Disney

The best thing that ever happened to Aloha Isle was getting rid of mobile order.

As far as Y&Y I agree, 3rd party thing.

I remember reports out of Disneyland that on really busy days mobile order got turned off because it caused issues when the crowds got really thick with so many people crowding around waiting for their orders.
