At my old job, I had several places I went to eat my lunch -- the inlet by the beach, the park down the street (which had a playground), the lake down the street. At all times I remained sitting in my car, eating my lunch, looking out the window and/or reading the paper. Hmmm, does that make me a predator?TnKrBeLlA012 said:You can see the park when you drive by on the main road. Several parks can be seen that way. I don't visit parks for thinking, eating, or any other nonrelated child activity. Men in cars at parks does not look good. I wrote this post and then I thought why did I write this? I guess I thought it was a concern. Maybe I just shouldn't be so niave.
This post bothered me because it comes across as since the writer doesn't visit parks for non-child related activities, no one should. Also, I'm not totally understanding why men in cars at parks is less acceptable than women in cars at parks.
I understand being careful, but there's a fine line betwenn care and paranoid.
