Well you should be happy that at least you GOT the code. I have never gotten a code. I feel tortured when I read everyones posts of how they got one.

Maybe you will get one again when you can use it

This is the first time I have gotten a code! They must know we can't afford it and it is killing me!!! LOL!

It's all good, though. At least we went a couple years ago and I told DH I did not want to go back until the refurbs on MK.

I wish I would get a code, when we went in 2009 we got free dining and a code, this year the only thing I have gotten is a code that can not be combined with the free dining that I already have and is a better deal.

I got one too but still have 3 semesters of college tuition to pay. Dh was talkingtoday about going in 2012 to celebrate ds2's college graduation. I wonder if I can trandfer it to then.

It is a nefarious scheme by Disney. They have access to all your records and know when it is not possible for you to go under any circumstance. Then they send you the code to torment you. It is designed to make you more susceptible to their advertising.

You will find that you are so tempted that you will go as soon as you have the time and money available, even if you have to pay full price.

i got one too! and yes i am being tortured. last year this time of year i was dying to go and had the $ but had no discount code and just wouldnt pay full price. this year i just re-located and am trying not to go broke and I get a pin code.

even worse, the discount starts the week AFTER my vaca (i have to pick a week way in advance b/c of coverage issues at work). double torture. oh and triple, my friend that i was supposed to go away with that week, cant b/c their family planned a trip to WDW that week! im dying.

when were you wanting to go? There are a lot of dates black out. Biggest space is June 4-August 21. When I called a CM they said I could even start the vaca off on the 3rd of June and stay past the 4th and get the discount!

We are totally flexible with dates. We need to go fallish, since we have a new baby coming in June. We were thinking anywhere from Sept-Dec.

Hi there,

New to DIS here. My DBF and I were planning to go last August, but I became ill and spent the summer and fall in between hospitals and my bed so we canceled our trip.

We are now starting to re-group and hope to go this year.

Can someone please explain what these codes are and how you get them? It seems that it is random but do you sign up for some kind of mailing list?

We are both college students paying our own way but want to go to celebrate our 6 year anniversary so something like 35% off value would be phenomenal. I know Disney is offering 25% off for some dates right now.

Our travel dates are flexible if that matters.
