That or just sit on the left far side of the jeep. You really only do see the mama snake for an Instant. And remember, the snake won't be hungry until the next full moon. She won't bite you either, unless you cross her, or are getting too close to her babies. I'm still in one piece. I swear, you will survive too. Well...again, most likely will anyway.

If you don't want to youtube it, why don't you ride it yourself before making any decisions with your mum? Then you'd know exactly what you're dealing with. You would also know where to tell your mum to close her eyes so she doesn't see the snakes.

I'm terrified of spiders, and I cope fine, but the spider scenes aren't as intense as the snake scenes. FWIW though, I watched It's Tough to be a Bug on youtube before I went and knew exactly when to close my eyes to avoid the spiders. It allowed me to still enjoy the attraction without being traumatised

I have a question about the Indiana Jones ride, which I am super excited about since it was on refurb the only time I was at DL. Anyway, are there scenes with snakes in them? I know if it's anything like the movies there will be, but my Mom is really freaked out by them, even fake ones. She's going to be with me on at least one of the days, so I just need to know if she should sit this out. I don't wanna youtube it so as not to spoil the whole ride for myself.

My partner is terrified of snakes and the first-and only-time he rode, one fast but prominent scene freaked him out so badly he wanted to kill me when the ride ended. Let's just say don't seat her on the right side of the vehicle.
