Why did I get the clueless rep?

She had to put me on hold to verify I could have free dining after 9/30 - checking in 9/29 - 10/6. She didn't know the code for free dining - I had to give it to her. She kept messing things up and yet when I checked today my reservation is messed up. I have to call them tomorrow morning. She said my kids were 2 & 10. Yes they are now but they will be 11 & 3 for the trip. She said oh that's okay the system knows their birthdays and will update automatically. I thought my quote was too low $1,496.12 for 2 adults, 1 junior, and 1 child. I want to pay for the park ticket for youngest so she can eat for free. I am not trying to cheat them but she cheated disney.

Next time you call in, when you have any doubts, tell them "your battery is running and out" and hang up. Call back and if it's the same rep, hang up until you get someone different. When I call in and I get someone who begins to sound unpleasant after me being as nice as possible, it's an automatic hang up/call back. No need to waste your time with the "less than helpfuls" in this world.

I've only had to do this twice in 5 years since I started bringing my family regularly.
