Why can't I modify online?

Cancel/modify option is gone again. It was great while it lasted. I'm checking for discounts for my upcoming trips so I hope the option comes back soon.

Edit - Still there and functional for me. At least as of 1:17 Eastern time 6/21. See how long it lasts
I even checked in a brand new to me web browser, no possible past cookies. Still there.
Could you be looking at a 2023 reservation?
