Why can't I log onto Disney Store?

Is anyone else having this problem? I shop there every now and again. For the last month I can't log in. It makes me shop without logging in. I'm told they cannot process my log in at this time. Every time I email TDS they never respond.

Has anyone else had this problem? I know my username and password at okay.

I just got through browsing the Disneystore.com with no problems. The prices were less last week on the shirts I wanted though!

I haven't had that problem, but I only just registered there this week! Maybe you need to start fresh. Try to register again under a new name?? Good luck!

I always have this problem, the site "knows" me. I always have my name at the top, but I can't log in. When I want to use the codes all I do is order from the site and then call customer service. They always let me apply the code when I explain it wouldn't let me log in. The first time this happend I called and told them, that is when they told me to do the order and then call and they would put the code on.

By the way, we have TDS too but this happens on other providers I have used too.

You guys should try clearing out all your cookies, that might help!

I've had that problem too. So, I try to shop without "logging in" even though it says, "welcome, jaci". Then it won't let me use the coupon. I finally just re-registered. Guess TDS didn't feel like they were needing my money that day.

Disney will always let you use the coupon if you call them and tell them your problems.

I was told I had to re-register. So, I did. Now I can use my coupon.
