Why Can't I Get Rates On the Starwood Website

I have been trying all day to get rate/reservation information on the Starwood website for the Swan. Even though I fill out all the necessary information I continue to get a message that states they need more information.. What am I doing wrong?

I have been trying to access the SPG site all weekend and tried again tonight and I get a screen that says that the site is under construction. I booked a stay in May in Toronto via the AAA website.
