Why can't I find the SEARCH button?

I think they are still working on it after the upgrade. I stumbled upon a functioning search option by clicking on my user name and going down to "find all posts by". You will need to click on "advanced search" after that and delete your user name and then you should be able to type in a term and search applicable forums.
