Have been looking at online prices for DLR/DCA 5-Day Park Hoppers and Last Minute Travel has the best price. I guess I just don't understand how they do it :confused3 so I'm looking for anyone with LMT experience to get some reassurance. I mean, are these people really legit? What's their Customer Service like - ie how do they get your tickets to you? (The price is even better than a work/discount-group I'm a member of.)

These ticket resellers work with two strategies. They buy tickets and hold onto them. Disney ticket prices go up faster than inflation so there is profit in that spread. The other thing is they don't have taxes included in the price when they buy them and don't have to pay them when sold to you. This is unlike the disney price which includes tax.

Is it legit. But if you live in California or Florida you might be upset that it doesn't help support the infrastructure the toursist use and you pay for.

So sounds like LMT is legit then... The no-taxes thing makes sense, but I know that with us the localities will make up for that 'loss' with the hotel/restaurant taxes we'll also pay ::yes:: .

Anybody else have recent experience buying ParkHoppers from LMT?

They are also a European based travel company. I know Canada and Australia/New Zealand can get cheaper (and longer) tickets than we can here in the states.

We used them last month for DH's 5 day parkhopper. (The rest of us needed 6 day tickets, so we used getawaytoday.com for those). At the time your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A few days before the travel dates you enter when ordering, a second email arrives with an attached voucher. You print the voucher and present it at the ticket booth, where the voucher will be exchanged for your tickets. Our friends that were there the same time used them as well.

Yes, they are legit. When they first started selling the tickets earlier this year, there were some customer service issues, as there was confusion about which email was actually the voucher. I haven't heard of any problems since, and our transaction (as well as that of our friends) was just fine.
