Now still going on the 5th-8th January...priced up the DLH hotel today rung Disney and for £38 extra on the deposit i can upgrade to DLH!
I think its worth it considering if i wanted to go there anyother time its like £1400 so im saving just under £1000.

I havent changed the booking yet, but will do in 2 weeks when i get paid. Hopefully it wont be fully booked by then :goodvibes

I know i'm impulsive but if i can only stay in the DLH once i will be very happy for paying just under £600 for 4 days :cool1:

That's a really amazing price!! So it's not impulsive, it's smart!

I've thought about upgrading everyday since i booked, I paid £690 for 4days/3night at sequoia and would ahve been an extra £1000 to upgrade, which I jsut couldn't see would be worth it. I'd much rather have £1000 extra spending money, it's a 2 week trip in the sun later in the year, after all.

But if I could do it for your price then I would be signing up now....

One day, i think it makes more sense when you have little kids too, as the characters are always about and its closer to get the back in the day if they are sleepy etc.

How exciting, I love the DLH, especially in the Christmas season, It's lovely looking out of the hotel at main street and the castle all lit up (its magical) ,I never get tired of this view.B/fast is lovely too and lots of character interaction in the lobby and corridors for your daughter (and you).You'll have a fab time.:lovestruc :lovestruc

You see thats what i thought, oh i will be so upset if they have no rooms left when i book in 2 weeks. Not that i don't mind the Cheyenne, i love its themeing etc, but staying in the DLH would make it such a special stay for Kyra being her Christmas present an all.:)

:rotfl: :rotfl: I don't know what to say!!:rotfl2:

You are great!!!!::yes::

I'm sure it will be fine!

make sure you pay the extra for Castle Club - VIP fastpasses! Whoop!

Can't afford CC, im not THAT rich :rotfl: Plus wont need VIP fastpasses in January as the park is very quite.

I hope you can get the upgrade too, great price. We usually stay at the New York, but then every trip we always eat at California Grill, always have a cocktail at Cafe Fantasia when we leave the parks each night, always buy stuff in the DL hotel shop. So I figured for our next trip we might as well just pay the extra and stay there instead!! It will be easier in the long run (especially as we are planning to eat at Inventions as well as the California Grill!) My only fear though is that once we have stayed there I won't want to stay anywhere else in the future!!

Thats what some of my friends have said to me, but if you can do it just the once why not eh:rotfl:

If i could find £38 down the back of my sofa i'd change my booking now :rotfl2:

Well, if there were no rooms left, you might could book to stay at the NBC? Just a thought because of how much you loved it last time...
