Change special requests under 35 days? Can it be done?

I have no idea how it happened but I am marked for Kosher meals and it wont let me change it online since I sail in 30 days. Has anyone had success removing or changing special requests under 35 days? I tried calling but the wait time was 45 minutes and didnt want to hold to be told it's a hard no.

Aren't you booked through a travel agent? They can do the change for you. To me, the biggest benefit of a travel agent is that I don't have to wait on the phone to talk to DCL.

In the extremely off chance that it doesn't get changed, you can go to dining changes when you board and change it there. If it's open from 3:00-5:00, go after 4. People line up for the changes right away and then it's walk up after a while.

We did since it was a cruise swap but it seems like they really just book and aren’t full service. I will try seeing what she says.
