I have been doing Atkins for 8 weeks, week 9 starts Monday.
I have not been losing much, as you all know, but inches are going off so that is good. I started TOM on Thursday and since then I can't stop eating.
This is not my first TOM since Atkins, but this one is killing me. I am starving. No matter how much I eat I can't get full. I am drinking 8-10 16 oz bottles of water per day hoping that will fill me up but it isn't. Nothing is filling me, and the scale is inching up. 3 lbs at the start of TOM, then today I am down to only 1 lb more than when TOM started.
I had the full feeling early on the 3rd day of Atkins and have kept that since then until this month. I don't want to gain, I have been doing so good. I am looking forward to my WDW trip next week and showing off the new clothes that are 3 sizes lower than they were the last time I got together with my friends. I am planning on cheating some, but I don't crave breads or sweets at all, just my 1 margarita per day and a steak at LeCellier. And the prime rib and shrimp at Chef Mickeys, and maybe some hot dogs now, and some cheese, maybe a salad, chicken,.... I can't stop myself. Peggie
