Why Am I Always So Clueless???

Anytime anyone posts something about being upset over another post I'm always so clueless. I never see any arguing (other than the occasional death penalty debate) or get any bad vibes over here. Am I the only one??? Everyone else always seems to know what's going on and I'm just left wondering what I missed.

Just curious. . . how can you tell if a thread is locked? That way I'll know which ones to avoid.

I found the last two pages of that "locked thread" to be unaccessible (I was not allowed to view them). Must have been really bad?!

MerryPoppins, locked threads are denoted by a little padlock ontop of the envelope in the left column.

I'm clueless as well. I looked back several pages for a padlocked thread. The only one I could find was "Tuesday Lunchtime Chat." That one didn't look too scary. What the heck is going on here?

Because I spend way to much time on this board I've usually read the posts in question but a lot of times I miss the point of everyone's anger. Of course I might sing another tune if I felt I had been insulted without cause. Mostly I just don't think much about it and go on reading other posts, lol.

Typically, I am right with all of you over there in 'clueless corner', although this time I did read the thread in question.

It is really frustrating when things just disappear as it seems this thread has. Many times I have asked an innocent question about why someone was deleted, or why there was an uproar.... only to return to find the entire thread deleted. Maybe we should have a clueless board where someone in the know can come to enlighten all of the rest of us???

This board is great, but I constantly feel like I am out of the loop. I guess I need to get to know some people better so we can PM and go 'off the board' to find out what is going on.

I'll just take my seat over here in the midwest section of clueless corner......

So maybe ignorance is bliss. I'm never getting mad at anyone over here and hopefully no one is getting mad at me so I'm happy...but then there's that other side of me (the nosey one) that just wants to know what everyone is arguing about.
