Why all the blackout dates on the newcode for 2005?

It looks like it is just about every weekend. Do people really never spend a Friday, Saturday or Sunday at WDW?

I think the black-out dates reflect the increased attendance during the marathon, MLK and President's weekend. I think there is one other weekend in there, maybe some type of convention or something. Anyone else know?
