Even though all of my diser friends seem to have disappeared
here's another update!

Day 4 part 2
I left off with us headed back to WL and dropping off most of the 75 lbs of stuff we carried around with us all week! I cant wait for the kiddos to be old enough for us to travel light into the parks!
We got to WL quickly and made a quick trip up to our room took a potty and diaper change break and headed out again!
The plan was to get to DTD and be at T-Rex Café by 5:30ish. We had a 6 pm adr at Planet Hollywood but we really wanted to go to T-Rex!
We scooted on over there and along the way had a brief discussion about trying to go to Fultons if we couldnt get into T-Rex. We ate the on DH b-day in March and it was phenomenal!! DH said no, either T-Rex or PH. That was kind of shocking from my seafood loving DH
I guess maybe he had a craving for chain restaurant food!
We walked right up and into T-Rex! No wait at all! Yippee!
We were seated in a neat room with a firepit kind of thing. All the rooms are different and all them have a different theme. I cant remember what the room was called! I made a quick call over to PH and canceled our ADR and then left to go the bathroom. Before I left I told DH of the waitress came to please order me a Corona with a lime.
A short time after I came back from my potty break our waitress arrived at our table with this

Holy mother! It was one freaking huge beer!! You can see (kind of) where it says 1 pint 8 FL OZ (24 FL OZ) It was 2 beers in one huge bottle! DH made fun of me for being so shocked with the size of it. He asked if I had ever seen anyone drink a 40 Yes, I have but its been a while and it was always some weird brand like Old English, which to me is furniture polish and not something Id drink.
We ordered appetizers and dinner. Here is where T-Rex not taking the dining plan made a difference. Were more appetizer people then we are dessert people. I really wish DDP would let you pick if youd like an appetizer or dessert. The food was good. It was your standard chain restaurant food much like TGI Fridays. It was fine for us because when we go out to eat at home, usually once or twice a month, we go to TGI Fridays because its kid friendly. Not to mention DH and I got to fill our recent addiction to Buffalo Wings!
T-Rex is a very cool place. I definitely recommend it to everyone at least once just for the atmosphere! Once every 15 minutes (maybe 20) There is a meteor shower and some of the dinosaurs start moving and making noise. It does get a little loud but its very cool!
After dinner we took a little walking tour around the rest of the restaurant, which they encourage you to do when you go in.

A big old T-Rex in the room we sat in! Behind it you an kind of make out the legs of the Octopus and the aquarium in the bar area!

Pterodactyl in our room, blue ice room behind him

Mammoth kind of between our room and the ice room

Giant bug above our heads!

Also above our head!

Ice room!

After dinner the kiddos were dying to go to Build a Dino! Its the same as Build a Bear but dinos instead! DD got a pink one, of course, with a cute outfit. DS picked out a T-Rex and didnt want clothes because T-rexs dont wear cloth Mommy I convinced them that Ryan didnt a Dino and we didnt need to carry around another Dino in a box!
After Dino building it was off to the lego store. Dorothy and Johnny LOVE legos and were so excited to go there again. The funny thing was it was a quick trip and we spent less then $50. I didnt even get to use my coupon because you had to spend over $75! I gave the coupon to lady with her arms full of stuff and she was very greatful! I truly thought that we would be in there for an hour and spend $100. I was very impressed with my kiddos!!
Then it was off to World of Disney DH decided he and boys would stay outside because there was only a few things I needed to look for. DD and went shopping!! I love that store! DD gets a little overwhelmed with so much stuff but we got some good things for family and a few good things for us too!!
Then it was onto Team Mickey. I was really surprised that DH asked to go in there. Hes not a shopper at all but somehow managed to find a Mets hat (sorry Pam!) and 2 hats for the kid and something else that I forget right now!
We thought about going over to Goofys Candy Store but we just werent feeling it anymore and didnt need to sugar up the kiddos
So we ventured toward the first bus stop. I, yet again, walked by Basin and didnt go in! In March I think Ill go to the one at GF!! Then decided to go into the scrapbooking store. We were in there for all of about 30 seconds and I told DH that all the stuff they had that I would want they had in the Merchantile. I rather get it there and not have to take it back with us.
We got the bus stop right as the bus was pulling up and jumped on with the 17 tons of new stuff we had and had a quick trip back to WL!
Then it was off to bed!!!!
