That was good that it stopped raining finally at Epcot and it looks like the kids (and your DH) had a really good time in the Innoventions area.

Akershus looks so cool! How cute that Johnny had a crush on Jasmie I'm surprised he admitted it though, usually little boys will deny it even though we all know they're lying!

The Illuminations pics came out really great. It's my favorite nighttime show, even over Wishes...we'll see how I feel after we get back in April though. Can't wait to hear more!

I hope you guys all had a great valentine's day! DId you and your DH do anything special?

My Ryan!! He's so cute!! He loves his oreos!! My new camera takes fantastic pictures!! I love it!! I'm going to Borders tomorrow and I'm goingto see if I can get like a photography for dummies book. I want to learn how to play with the shutter speed and all that!

I didn't think you left me! I've been neglecting my subscriptions too. There's just so much going on! I hope school is going well!

PTR update!

I'm starting to freakout a little bit! Not a bad freak, a good freak! I can't believe the trip is only 35 days away! HOLY COW!

I have lots to do! This week I'm not going to get anything done at all! the kiddos are off from school and parents are coming tomorrow and staying until saturday! We're excited to see them cause we haven't seen them since christmas!

I thinking about starting to figure out daytime clothes tonight. I already pretty much have nighttime figured out I just have to pull everything out. But, because we're eating at fancier places, Narcoossees, Cali Grill and Artist Point, we needed nicer stuff for night! I'm excited to get a little dressed up!!! I got a few cute things to wear! I'll take pictures when I get everything together. I may need to buy a garment bag. I don't really want to cause I don't think it's something we'll use every again but I'd prefer not to have wrinkled clothes! We'll see.

I'm definitely going to sit down and figure out what we're doing each day. Parks will depend on were we're eating. I know when we arrive we'll go straight to MK and try to ride Splash Mountain and BTMMR! DH gets wicked motion sickness but because he'll take Dramamine to fly he wants to ride those 2 while he still has it in him! I love BTMMR and have never gone on Splash!! Woo hoo!!!!

Hopefully I'll be back later with a trip update! But tonight the Bachelor and for some reason I'm really into it this season! ​

That's okay! I think V-day should be moved to August! Us men are still recovering from all the Christmas shopping. Hope you gave DH a break. My wife and I took it easy this year. Just dinner out with friends and a small gift ( A CD collection she wanted and flowers).

Like you, our trip is fast approaching, it's hard to believe. I am still obsessed with planing our trip. I already know I am going to have to be flexible especially because my wife is always late for everything. I am already prepared to just go with the flow if I have to although would like to stick to the plan!

If my friend's at work could see me planning this trip and trying to learn the "ins" and "outs" of WDW. The guys would be teasing me pretty bad. I work as a Lieutenant in a prison. So anyone reading this has to keep my Disney trip obsession a secret.

I like your idea of moving v-day! I've tried to convince DH we should celebrate my half birthday because my birthday is December 28th. But he hasn't gone for it yet!

Planning is half the fun! I think most guys who are into disney kind of do it "in the closet" I know of at least 1 other law enforcement guy on DIS though. So your not alone!

I let it go too! I actually let it go before it even started but he made it worse! I told him at least 100 time I wasn't going to make a big deal or say anything but he made it worse by saying I told him not to buy me anything. UGH! I really didn't care until he started!

I wasn't made at DH until he made a big deal about it. He didn't get me anything, which I was ok with. I guess maybe he thought I was going to be mad and told me that he thought we said we weren't buying anything. We never had a conversation like that. We did have a conversation that he didn't want anything for his birthday, which is March 14th. He made such a big deal about it that's what made me mad. Oh my!! Silly boy! He's too much sometimes

We got there early for that spot! We had a terrible spot a few years ago and could see anything happening on the water I try to make sure we get a good spot now.

Small update non-trip and non-PT

My parents are here from PA for a few days while the kiddos are off of school. My Mom is very talented. She sews, quilts, knits, etc, etc, etc. SHE FIXED MY SWEATER!! The one I bought in January in Keystone Clothier that the dog put 2 giant holes in!! I called WDW Merchandising the other day to see if I order a new one and their backordered. The girl I spoke to said that it doesn't say they've been discontinued so to call back in 4 weeks to see if they got more. I told her I would be there in 4 weeks so I'd keep an eye out!

My mom knew I was upset about it and she fixed it! Yiippeeee!!

So the kiddos are off school this week and we went to the local aquarium!

We have an annual pass so we go quite a bit in a year. Usually 4 or more times. The kiddos love it! It's not terrible big. Usually we go through in 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Today was about the same because we had my parents with us but we didn't see the sea lion show because it was too windy!

Great day at the aquarium. I take the kids down to the Jenkinson's aquarium in Pt. Pleasant but it is definitely smaller than the one you were at. It looks quite nice!

How awesome your mom was able to fix your sweater!
