OMG an extra day, how lucky!! I don't want to miss the Giants playoff game either so I can feel your DH's pain. And whose going to say no to an extra day at Disney?! And it's supposed to snow here this weekend?! I didn't know that, I hope it does but I don't want you to have flight problems either.

Oh and I've been meaning to tell you, we went to a place the other night out your way called Asian Fusion in East Quogue. It was so good! Have you ever been there?

We're so excited to get a little extra time!!

Now it looks like rain and snow on Friday, which I'm ok with. Our flight is 11:35 out of McArthur. I'm trying to decide what time to leave home on Saturday. It will take us about 45 minutes to get, maybe a little less if DH is driving. I'm thinking we'll leave home around 9 or a little before.

I haven't been to Asian Fusion but I'v heard good things about it!! DH tends to be more of a seafood restaurant or TGI Fridays kind of guy. He's not an adventurous eater!

Great tree! Look beautiful. My DD was into pet shop for a will. We have that, and a bunch of other things she never plays with anymore.

Really the only thing DD still plays with is her Littlest Pet Shop and her American Girl Dolls, she got a new one of those from MIL and FIL.

Uggh! We spread the plague! I feel soooooo bad we made other people sick!!!

At last count all three of my sisters kids had gotten sick and my Mom!!!

I spoke to my Mom last night and she sounded terrible!! Of course, today is her Birthday!!! Fine birthday present we gave her!!! Ughh! Well, at least we gave her the really pretty Vera Bradley bag she wanted not just the stomach virus!!

I'm still kicking and perfectly healthy! I'm not sure if thats good or bad. I'd hate to get sick at WDW!!!! I've been taking my vitamins, drinking lots of water and OJ and trying to get rest!!! The too excited to sleep thing is starting to kick in though!!

We're so excited to get a little extra time!!

After reading your update last night I decided to check how much cheaper it would be for us to fly home Monday instead of Sunday, you know the whole adding an extra day and it being to "save money." Well it will be $41 less for each of us if we fly home Monday instead so combined an $82 savings...we can definitely add another night! So I mentioned it to Chris last night and he seems to be all for it so looks like we might be following your lead and adding another night too!!

If your DH likes seafood he needs to try the hibachi shrimp at Asian Fusion...OMG delishhhh!!

We're sooooo excited!!! I actually keep getting the jitters!!

Oh my! It's been a busy day!

I cleaned, then when Ryan was napping I left the baby monitor and the older 2 kids with DH while he worked and went to the bank for DH, went to Target for some snacks for the plane and other stuff, went to Sports Authority to buy DH a pair of Crocs. Then when I came home the kiddos helped me pack. then it was time to make meatloaf for dinner! While dinner was cooking I wrote all our christmas thank yous. After dinner I finished packing and bathed the kiddos!

Now I'm tired!

Tomorrow will be more cleaning, I could clean 24/7 and my house still wouldn't be clean! I'll probably de-christmas the house! I may also get my nails done when Ryan naps and DH can babysit while he works, but if it's all snowy and nasty out I'll wait!

I'm so excited I'm pretty much finished packing!! I just have to throw a few more things in the bags!! We have 2 HUGE lime green rolling duffles from LL Bean, a wheeled carry-on DH and I got as a deal at World of Disney in NYC over the summer and the backpack diaper bag. That's it! No more! Either my MIL or FIL is going to come to the airport with us and drive our car home so we don't have to leave the car there for so long and so we don't have to pay over $100 for parking!

A nice plus for me, I got $250 in money for my birthday and christmas!! Yippeee!!! I think I can find a few good things!

Ok, now its time for bed! I'll be back tomorrow!!

LOL! My family loves meatloaf and its easy! Tonight is Chicken Parm! A lot more work BUT it's the last meal I have to cook until after we get back from WDW!!! Tomorrow we have dinner with the in-laws. We have New Years Day dinner with them every year. My MIL makes ham because ham is good luck in the new year and then Friday is always pizza in our house!!!!!

Those meals sound soo yummy!!!!

It will be so much easier to have them drop us off! That way we can just hop out of the car, grab the bags and go!!

I'm tryingto be good and not stress and get some rest! Packing is finished now except for my cosmetics and some shoes that we need before Saturday.

It's 7:50, I've showered, am in my mickey fannel pj's and have painted my toes! I plan to ring in the new year in dream land!!

I hope the weather holds up for you guys tomorrow. I haven't heard anything but I hope some of this ice melts...its pretty bad out here but the farther west you go the better it is supposedly. Hope you had a great New Years! Did you guys do anything good? I had my BF DVR all the Disney shows that were on on the travel channel last night. I saw the holiday one and it was so good!

The stupid ice is terrible!! Our street looks like an ice rink!! DH said if he didn't know people who work for the highway department he'd strap on his hockey skates and have me take pictures of him skating on the road and send them to the paper!

I didn't know the disney shows were on the travel channel! On well, I have them on the DVR. I spent New Years in dreamland! I know I'm a party pooper but I'm so much more a morning person then a night person!! Plus I'd been up since 5 am.

28 more hours until we leave!!!!!

We're all packed and ready to go! Yesterday I had DH weigh the bags and they were both close to 50 lbs So, we decided to take another bag and re-pack a bit so we didn't end up having to pay the $50 per over weight bag! I tell you, traveling with kids takes too much stuff!!

The house is clean and de-christmased expect for the outside decorations. DH wanted to leave those up and on until the 6th. So, I programmed the timer so MIL doesn't have to come over to turn them off and on!

Ryan had almost had to take his first trip to the ER yesterday The kids and DH were playing with Pluto and Ryan got knocked down. Pluto kind of stumble over him not realizing he was there and Ryan's chin slammed in the floor. It slip his chin Poor baby!! It's a tiny cut, maybe a 1/4 inch long but deep and it bleed a lot! DH and I debated taking him for a stitch and then DH decided to call in the expert, him mom. DH has had many, many stitch in his life and MIL is a pretty good judge. She came over and we debated again and decided he'd be ok, but if it kept bleeding we'd take him in. He's fine! He's got a nice icky looking scab and a red chin but is no worse for the wear!

Pluto felt soooo bad for hurting the baby! He just laid there under my feet with his head on his paws with the sad puppy face! Poor baby!! I told him about a million times it was ok but I'm not sure he believed me!!

He knows something is going on that he doesn't like and is pulling out all his attention getting stops!! I haven't brought the luggage down from upstairs yet because I'm affraid he'll pee on it!!

Doesnn't this face say "Mommy, why are you leaving me?!"

Today will be spent getting all gussied up for Mickey!! I'm getting my hair cut and highlight and then getting my nails done! Yippeee! A little pre-vacation pampering!!

we have to sign in for our flight and I'm hoping to be done getting my hair done in time to come home and do it and then go to the nail place. I don't want DH to forget to do it!!!
