I've been looking at some of the trip reports and it might just be me, but didn't see many reports of people going to the wine seminars or cooking demonstrations. So who's gone? and how was it? In particular, it seems like some WDW chefs present a few times during the festival. Who did you like? (or maybe thought was a boar?) We'll be there the final 5 days of the festival, but I'm not sure I want to burn 5 days of our hoppers, so I'm trying to strategize which days to go the parks.
Also, for all you floridians, is veterans day a big holiday down there? Are lots of people off work? Is F&W likely to have bigger crowds that Thursday or Friday?
