Given it being an Epcot eatery. I would think the best line-up would be Belle or Aurora or Cinderella (France), Snow White (Germany), Mulan (China) and Jasmine (Morocco, even though Arabia I know, I know). And then either Merida (United Kingdom) or Tiana (USA! USA! USA!)

That would make a lot of sense, wouldn't it.

Yes, we were lucky to have Jasmine. Our favorite was Snow White....her interaction was awesome!!
I'm also wondering if Ariel will still be there with her being part of Trattoria now....any thoughts on that?

Trattoria is not in the park. I don't believe her being there will alter who they use for the rotation at Akershus

We've been 4 times, and have seen Belle, Cindy, and Snow every single one of those times. We have also seen Aurora, Mulan, Jasmine, and Ariel, each more than once.
