All are good villians, but I am partial to Hades from Hercules myself.

Evil plan to take over world and Olympus , tries to kill baby Herc (through Pain and Panic) plus James Woods played him perfectly, evil with a touch of comedic timing.

He uses and manipulates everyone around he comes into contact with.

Plus Flaming Blue Hair!!!

In the Victor Hugo book, Claude Frollo is a priest. For the film, his profession was changed to judge. I think in the book he wasn't that nasty, either.

I think there's a lot more depth to him in the book, I actually felt really sorry for him. It's such a sad story!

As for Disney villains, Shanyu absolutely petrifies me. I made my boyfriend watch it with me a few months ago and hid behind him every time he came on. I always hide from him in parades too. He is just one nasty piece of work!

I would have to say...the "Evil Step Mother" in Cinderella (sorry-I can't remember her name). She was just MEAN, not to mention a money grubber and a society climbing "wannabe" Plus she gave step-mothers a bad name.
I am not a step-mom, but if I were, I would be even more upset.

Shanyu and his army from Mulan. They did not kill anyone on screen but offscreen they razed a whole village killing everyone, even the children.

That's who I was going to say..that Hun was one mean dude. And really freaky looking too! They popped out of the snow ...Like daisies!!!

DD5 and I have had this discussion many times. We both vote for Scar. He kills his own brother and then makes his nephew feel responsible. He is pure scum. He also wants to upset the balance of the circle of life by disrupting the food chain and allowing animals to starve.

According to my 5 yr old DD, Maleficant is the scariest villian. We were at MNSSHP on the 6th, my daughther dressed as Sleeping Beauty. She wouldn't go near any of the villians, and that was fine, we were doing our best to keep her away from them. Then from out of the blue Maleficant walks up to dd, who is sitting in the stroller, and says "Well hello, princess". She had the most evil sounding voice, and my daughter still gets scared when she thinks about it. My dh and I thought it was funny, though!

I think its located at MGM I've never been there but someone told me about it, I think they said that it was the first right when you get in the park, the street to ToT.
Maybe someone else might know better.

That's exactly where it is. I believe the street name is Sunset Boulevard, and the shop is called Villains in Vogue. It'll be on your left as you proceed toward the Tower of Terror.

Ah, the BBW, he is close to the top for me as well. My family still busts my chops because I wouldn't go near him when we went when I was 3 years old (I guess that answers the Pigs musical question. . .I was afraid of the Big Bad Wolf). Now everytime we go, my wife gets annoyed because I'm looking for him, I have to have a picture with him.
