yup, very sick to my stomach over it, since I can't call until 915am when my hubby gets paid, ugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wish apon a star I could hold the reservation instead of having to pay right away!!

Do you know you have a two week hold, right? It works for travel agents, I don't know for sure if it work for disney direct. So just call up your travel agent and ask them to book it for you. You might even be able to do this with Disney, have them put up a courtesy hold..I don't know, I never tried that. Good luck!

You only have to pay a $200 deposit for a package. You have until 45 days prior to checkin to pay off the balance.

what i didn't hear was if ALL resorts participate in the FD?

and heard that alot of the good ADR's are already gone from people double booking etc planning for this FD. I am thinkin........its gonna be a zoo at the restaurants. but i could be wrong....NOT!!!!!!

I know Disney sometimes does a cross reference for multiple reservations and they can end up canceling all of them. But, there are ways around that. You can book under a different number.

We are in the same boat, believe me! I would LOVE to hit the pepper market with free dining! I've tried every thursday thru Tuesday combo, all with no avalibilty at CSR. So I'm going to ask tomorrow, and if it is not avalible, we'll get to try out POR!

8/24-9/20. Disney Visa cardholders were able to start booking on 4/7, everyone else on 4/10, tomorrow.

I'm (im)patiently waiting for tomorrow too. I think I've stressed myself out enough - I now have a sore throat got some meds yesterday. We'll be arriving in the evening on Sept 19th and staying til the 24th. Ugh I hope they let us do the FD the whole time.....
