Who's stayed at Oak Island Cove?

Planning is now is full swing and I need to book accommodation. Oak Island Cove appeals. Has anyone stayed there and can you give me the lowdown and any web links?

OIC is right next door to Emerald Island where we have our home, it,s really nice!! Well located obviously, behind Splendid China fairly new and the homes look great, if there is a downside it does not seem to be gated (could be wrong on that) I would stay there like a shot.
