Who's spent 100+ nights at one DVC?

Since you've joined DVC, how many people have spent 100+ nights total at one particular DVC resort? And if so, which one? How many nights? I'm just curious how many people have truly made DVC their "second home" by spending lots of time there.

Not exactly certain how many nights, but since we have had more than 20 trips to OKW, I'm pretty sure we are close to that!

I can always hope to some day having enough points to stay over 100 nights at WDW...if I counted all the Disneyland trips prior to becoming a DVC member I might come close.

Wow, and I thought 100 would be lucky to get one or two people. 232 nights? 454 nights? Have you seen a wide variety of areas of the resort, or do you seem to get the same one (or two) areas? Have you (or anyone) ever stayed in the exact same room on a subsequent visit? More than once? In my few (4) stays at BCV, I have, but it doesn't really count because I asked for "a room with a view similar to the view from [a certain room]" and the CM said, "Oh, if you liked that one, we've got that exact room available again." It happened to be a courtyard view, which I have a feeling isn't the most asked for view. But you people with 200+ nights must have seen every view imaginable (at OKW, at least). And dvc_john, I think I'll start counting the days until retirement! Yes, it sounds wonderful!

Shows me that I have a long way to go...... I just have 5 nights under my belt.

Our first stay wasn't until 9/8/02 but we have stayed 112 nights since then. 45 nights in a studio when we came without kids and 55 nights in a one bedroom and 10 in a two bedroom depending on how many kids came. All of them have been at the Beach Club Villas.

We've had 83 nights at OKW. That's the most for any one resort.

I've stayed in all areas of OKW. Turtle Pond area more than anything else, and Hospitality House area less than anything else. One time after a stay at OKW, went to the beach for the weekend, came back to OKW and got the same room.
The only times I've stayed in a 2br at HH was in the same room.
And I've had the same room at VWL a couple of times.

Yes, it is!

Like dvc_john, we've stayed mostly in the Old Turtle Pond area at OKW and rarely in the HH area. Early on we did have the same 1BR villa a couple of times (#1611)- that was when the Commodore House was still there and have also stayed in #2625(?) twice, but otherwise have been all over the resort. We've never stayed in Buildings 11,12,13, 21 or 22 at all plus a few in South Point in the back and have never stayed in any of smoking optional buildings (but have been in rooms where others have smoked). We've usually stayed in 1BR villas, but have been in Studios and 2BR villas a few times each plus one time in a GV.

In all of our stays at HH we have never had a repeat villa and have stayed in studios, 1BR villas, 2BR villas and GV's.

For us since January 1995 we've had 30 vacations at 6 resorts totaling 140 nights.

OKW: 121 nights
BCV: 5 nights
SSR: 5 nights
VWL: 4 nights
VB: 3 nights
BWV: 2 nights
HH: Not yet - but we might stay a week or so when we drive down for our extended stays at OKW then stay for another week when we drive back home. This will save us a few points and break up the drive as well.

We're not retired yet but when we are in a bit over 2 years we hope to stay 100 to 115 nights per year in a 1 bedroom at OKW (likely late November through mid March).

At OKW we usually stay in buildings 55 or 56 near the South Point pool. We always request a specific villa and we've been lucky enough to get it several times.

I wanna stay 454 nights! Here I was all excited about my seven nights in December, SSR, and my upcoming four nights in June, OKW!

I'm a stay at home mom - can I convince my husband that I'm retired and can go to Disney more often?
