I'm taking my mom and 2 dds Oct 21-26...just a girls trip! My mom turned 70 this year, but is still able to do the parks quite well. And youngest dd is 4.5, so she'll really be able to appreciate it more than when she was 2. I can't wait!!

We can't wait! This week has been kinda depressing because we filled out and turned in the vacation forms for our kids' schools. Always fun getting the assorted reactions! They should be used to us by now! My kids get straight A's and our vacations have never been a problem. Oh well. That's another thread, I know!

Anyway, we're looking forward to staying at Saratoga Springs for the first time, before heading 'home' to the Boardwalk!!! I think B'rer Karen's family will be there at the same time. If you see us, stop and say, "Hi!"

came back late last night from 12 1/2 great days in orlando.


mnsshp was fairly crowded in sections on the 3rd. only saw about 20 adults dressed up.......candy giving out by the handfuls.....mini choc bars given out in adventure land......tootsie rolls given out in two handfuls in tommorrowland...

great weather........no rain except at the mnsshp for about an hour.....didn't bother me as i spent that hour at LTT dining.

enjoy your trips...........you will love it....except for the cooler temps on this coming friday and saturday.........

Wwhat is the Halloween Pin Hunt? Please share!!

Our boys LOVE pin trading! This will be our last day, however, and I'm debating on our family dressing in costume again to attend the Halloween celebration at DTD on the 30th. We were planning to leave at 6pm that night, but if the DTD Halloween celebration is worth it (and the Halloween Pin Hunt??) , I'll try to talk dh into staying later that night & starting the drive home after that fun.
