Who's Going in August?

I do weekends a lot. I'm doing two in August: 15-18 and 29-Sept. 1.

I don't generally use DVC points for weekend trips. One's at All Star Sports and the other is at the Contemporary.

Aug. 16-23 at BCV, Aug. 23-30 Disney Magic, then Aug. 31-Sept 1 at the AKL.

Just last Feb. we did the BCV, Magic, and AKL too , what a coincidence , it was a wonderful trip.

We are going to stay at the Marriott Vacation Club resort at Grand Vista(?) have to ask DW, cant remember...any way Marriott 2BR on Aug 14,15,16 wherein we will go to Sea World. Then we move back home to OKW 17-23. I love the late summer OKW trips before school starts. It's hot and lazy and too much fun. Don't forget your ponchos!

We'll see you at WLV from 8/17 to the 22nd. We're driving, so we may arrive on the 16th!

I don't want to wish the summer away, but I can't wait to go!
This will also be our first summer WDW trip.

We will be taking a short "back to school" trip mid August. We arrive way too late on the 14th and check out on the 18th. Staying at the BWV's!!

Well, I just tried to book a quick trip for Aug 17-21. Nothing is available at any of the DVC resorts at WDW or HH. Hope everyone has fun while I sit here dreaming of "going home". LOL

JUst got this in the mail today, so if any of you Aug visitors are AP/PAP holders check this out. I'm finally going to be at the right place at the right time.

All annual passholders who are in WDW august 1st thru 3rd, just present your annual pass at mission space for a preview launch......How cool is that!!!!!

Madabout Mickey: You could waitlist at all DVC reosrts for those days. The waitlist seems to open up a little over 30 days before the dates, because people don't want to lose their points. It's worth a shot, esp at OKW.

Aug 13 to 22 OKW studio (we are using up all avilable points to borrow so that was all we could swing ) We needed to get an extra trip in with our Annual Passes. Aug 14 is our 10 year aniversary and we will be celebrating it with our 2 year old!!!!! BIL &SIL are spending a few night with us too. Before anyone yells at us about room limits DD is 2 so she doesn't count, but it will be tight. 1st time to OKW and looking forward to it. I feel like Allicat, can't wait to go, but don't want to rush through my summer. I might suprize hubby with a night at GF and leave DD with her Aunt and Uncle at OKW for the night.

August 1 and 2 at Coronado (CM rate), then 12 wonderful nights (August 3 - 15) in a 2 bedroom at the BCV!!!!!!!!!

Happy Anniversary, ours is Aug 14 too (but it will be our 10th) We were thinking about going to garden Grill and surprizing hubby with the rehiching ceramony. Maybe we will see you there!!!

That sounds like a great anniversary idea, maybe we'll see you for lunch - I'm saving dinner for the CA Grill. It's where we went for our honeymoon. WDW has so many romantic options - I love them all!

Driving up from Miami with friends and family from England from Aug 10 - Aug 15. Staying at BWV in two studios. Friends from England will be our guest and it should be fun since they have never been.

I have planned a trip for Aug 20 - Aug 27. Will be staying at the Board Walk Villas. This will be our second trip since becoming a member in May 2002. My husband and children (twins boy/girl) 4.5 years old can't wait to see Mickey & Minnie again. I can't wait either! See ya' there!
