Who's going...Early November

Well this morning we woke up to snow. It's chilly and snowing again tonight. It's sure making my trip to California look even better than it did before!

Riderville all the way!!

We had a little skiff of snow. Not bad yet.

Hey Rosie, since you started this post why don't you pick a day & time when most of us are there for a picture and a quick hello infront of the castle. Or do it twice to accomidate more dis'ers.

Anyone interested?

We will be there Nov 5th-8th. I hope it isn't too busy. I resisted waiting until Christmastime got closer to avoid crowds LOL

That sounds like a great idea! I kind of just glanced through the posts and it looks like maybe the 9th might be the best chance of hitting as many or just after Veteran's Day. Let me know if anyone is interested!

Also, just because I am who I am, I have been checking hotels to see what the bookings are like. Between the 6-11, most rooms seems to be gone BUT beginning on the 12th a lot of rooms are available...maybe we will get to see some calmer crowd levels?? pixiedust:

I love the countdown calendar!! Between you and me (and everyone who reads this heehee) I like to post occassionally just to see the days go down!

:rotfl2: I wish I could figure out how to post a countdown ticker on here (I don't know how to set up a signature). My 5 and 7 yr olds made an old fashioned calendar with construction paper and Mickey Mouse stickers. They change the number cards each day with much anticipation :thumbsup2

At the top of the page, there is a link for "ticker". Go there and follow the steps to make one. It comes out with 4 different links. My uses the URL one. I'm not computer savvy enough to know which links work for who. i jsut get trying until one worked! I just keep one saved in a word document and copy and paste it when I post. I do believe if you search tickers on here there are step by step instructions. That's I figured it out. :badpc:

We just decided to go the 13-17, in the parks the 13, 14, 15, 16, and TP.com has us at a 1, 2, 2, and 7. Not sure why it jumps to a 7 on Friday, but we're not worried. We know we'll have fun no matter what. We went Dec 6-11 last year, which were rated as 5, 7 on TP, and we thought the crowds were super manageable.

Just noticed all your Disneyland visits. I posted our 2013 Canadian Club 33 day on the Canadian planning thread. You might be interested in joining us.

That would be so cool! I will check it out. I read about the meet up last year and it sounded like fun. :yay:

We could meet up on the 9th. We have BTRBBQ reservations at 5:30 but before or after that works.

9th is fine for us.

We are Canadian too but are flying out of Detroit because it is closer and alot cheaper than Toronto...

Looks like a Canadian invasion over Remembrance day weekend! pixiedust:
DS gets 2 Pro-D days making it a 5 day weekend for him so what else could we possibly do?:confused3

Just received my travel documents from Costco Travel last night :cheer2::cheer2::cheer2::cheer2::cheer2:

We are REALLY GOING TO DISNEYLAND!!!!:banana::banana:

We'll be in the parks the 8-11. I already anticipated madness... I'm praying I'm wrong. I assume the 11th will be the worst day crowd wise
