We aren't interested in this either. Love the BWV and it's location. I'd actually look at an add-on at WLV before buying at CR, congrats to all those who have been hoping for this - enjoy every single stay ;)

DH and I currently have 100, and haven't quite figured out how many points we need for our DVC lifestyle.

We will probably do between 50 and 110 points. Another 50 will take us up to the old Disney minimum, and we've noticed that 210 total is a popular # of points, and would probably give us Disney incentives.

We'll see.

I would also love somewhere between 50 and 75 points. I would love to bank and borrow and stay there every third year.

DH already asked me if I was making plans this morning after im'd him the newspaper article.

No thanks. None for us, here.
But I'm excited for those that have been eagerly awaiting this announcement.

Not even maybe, but real glad for all you who have been waiting and hoping. If you let us we would probably like to stay there once.

Congrats to all you CRV... err excuse me... KTV fans. :thumbsup2

We won't be adding on. We have enough points already and we're not CR fans. But I am very happy for those who have been waiting and hoping for this. I remember how excited I was when we found out about AKV so I know exactly what you all are feeling!! I hope you will leave a room open at 7 months out now and then so the rest of us can experience walking to the MK! :cool1:

Yep, same here. That or occasional short stays at the end of a trip or strategic MK stays (NYE, night before NYE, certain ADR's like at POLY, Cindy's, CP, Halloween Party) that maximize the use of our time. Leave your room at 7:45 for an 8:00 Castle breakfast, or 6:50 for a 7:00 Chef Mickeys-that's efficient.

We might buy 50 points depending on how many it takes for 5 weekday nights. We also might sell one of our 50 point AKV and buy 100.

300 points

Three 100 pt contracts - one for each of our delightful children for them to take our very much in the future grandchildren.

If they kids don't want the contracts, they can sell them or donate them.

In the meantime - we get to have all the fun!!

As my mom said, you think you can fly?

15 minutes to (a) catch the elevator in a 15 story building, (b) walk across 2 parking lots and a street, and (c) get through bag check and ticket gates.

I'm not a DVC member, but will be once they go on sale. For me it's all about location, location, location. Will probably be looking at around 170 pts to cover a full week every other year in a 1 bedroom. I know a lot of you just stay for 5 nights and bail, but heck, if I'm going to be there that's where I want to stay.

We love the Magic Kingdom and have our first memories at Disneyworld from a stay at the Contemporary Resort in 1978 but will likely not buy at the Kingdom Resort. We just added on at SSR.

Hopefully, there will be opportunities at the 7 month window at some time, although they will probably be limited for a while.

Well I know I have left my room at the BWV at 8:45 and made Fantasmic on foot at 9:00, so I assume I can make it close to that number. I also dont carry bags into parks, and I did negotiate my way across a street once fairly quickly. I guess I am saying I like the control of getting to MK that CRV will offer-no waiting for a boat, monorail or bus. Still prefer BCV-but when going to MK the bus alone could take 20 minutes to show up (Oh and thats after waiting for an elevator, walking past the pool and courtyard and crossing a street).
