Any others? I really prefer the taste of whole grains (not to mention the health aspects) and if all other things are equal I gravitate toward restaurants that offer them.
Jiko at AKL has a lot of whole grains on their menu. For example, here is their vegetarian entree:
Grains, Peas and Vegetables - kamut, pearl and black barley, wheat berries, quinoa, garbanzo peas, with roasted vegetables and seared tandoori tofu $24.00
California Grill has farro as one of their grains. Tusker House has tabouli. I know I bought sandwiches at both Columbia Harbour House and Starring Rolls that were served on multigrain bread.
A hotdog walked past me today at Flame Tree Barbeque in Animal Kingdom - it looked like a whole-grain bun. But what Disney is calling "whole grain" is a bit suspect. JMO

She said it was one of the best vegetarian entrees she has ever been served in a restaurant.
I'm pretty sure Boma's breakfast buffet features quinoa. Of all of the breakfast buffets I've had on property, Boma has the most variety and healthiest options.
