Hi all,

Has anyone ordered the "Traditional Whole Fish" at Kouzzina lately? Is there any need to "preorder" this dish in the morning? I thought I read that in a food blog/article somewhere...thanks!

All Depends
. . . bass are easy, just outside in the pond to catch them
. . . trout are harder, as one needs to travel
. . . tuna is best, as they just open a can and then mold to shape

NOTE: If fish is listed as "Clown" or "Nemo", beware. It might have
film on it. Wait, a minute. I think the fish is served on film.

I ordered the whole fish last week. I didn't have to preorder and I don't remember it taking exceptionally long or anything. This is the first I've heard of this.

Thanks Amy! Would you recommend it? The pics I've found look good, but you never can tell I guess ;)

My partner had the whole fish when we had dinner at Kouzzina and there was no need to preorder. The fish on the menu that night was a type of snapper, by the way, and he loved it.

When Kouzzina's first opened, I saw pictures of the whole fish and it included the head. I'm sorry, but I'm not eating anything that's looking at me (can't eat whole lobster or stuffed crabs for example:rotfl:). Would the chef be insulted if someone asked to have the head removed before bringing it to the table?

I never heard of having preorder it- don't give Disney any ideas - the next thing you know you will be able to order your meal 6 months in advance

I think they will do that for you - or at least cover it.
They will also offer to debone it for you so they could also take the head away.
It's the best part though
