Whobalation

I think that I read somewhere (maybe here) that at IOA during Grinchmas they have a Whobalation with a tree lighting ceremony. Does anyone know approximately what time that happens, or are there multiple times (and if so - when).

The Whobilation show is performed several times during the day. I can't find my showtimes from last December, sorry. The final show of the day also includes the tree lighting and, as mentioned by Tinkerbelle'sMOM, is at dusk. It was around 5:30 p.m., IIRC.
