Who will be watching Emily Maynard the Bachelorette? No Spoilers PLEASE

I give her credit too for not putting him through that. I wonder what happened though.

wait. what just happened? i'm so confused.

Me too. I had to rewind.

Oh my God!!! She is! She's dumping Arie before his final date!!!! Holy crap. You know, Emily's brother said that he wanted to make sure that Arie was there for the right reasons and that he seemed to be a smooth talker. I think his brother radar was spot on.

Yay Jef with one f!!!!:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

party: :jumping1: :rockband:

I failed at guessing. So what are they filling the rest of tonight with if she is already going to dump him?

She was probably trying spare Arie the awkwardness of bonding with little Ricki. I read that he wasn't so great with his ex gf's child.:confused3

I get that. Just struck me odd, the timing I guess. Everything seemed just fine up to that last date.

okay. now, this scene is really painful. i guess they have to set us up to feel sorry for him and "fall in love" with him so he can be the next bachelor.

i must not have paid enough attention to her conversation with Chris. can anyone tell me what she said specifically about Jef? what turned it for her?

i have to say that i think it's obvious she's a caring person to not want Arie to go through the "picking out the ring," etc. if she knows he isn't the one. i know she didn't say that specifically. but it's nice that she doesn't want to put him through all of the drama if she already has her mind made up. that's so much better than the girls who let the guy get down on their knee and don't stop it.

She said it was her, Jef & Rikki spending time together. She didn't have to wonder what it would be like later on with all of them being together. She said she just KNEW it was the most natural feeling in the world and that Jef was the one.

first, thank you. :)

second, that seems an odd reason. what if Arie had been really great too? i would hope it's more than that or it isn't fair to him.

oh my gosh, i'm defending Arie!

Exactly. She's not giving him a chance to see how it could have been.

i think she is seriously confused. what she is telling him does not make sense at all. all this time, she's thought it would be Arie and her. and now, it's suddenly changed?

i really do feel bad for the guy. :(

why is SHE the one crying? She just totally blindsided him.

And not letting him meet Rikki is like making a decision comparing apples & elephants.

Unless she is 10000000% sure, then there shouldn't be any crying.

Guess we still have lots to fill the rest of the show with tonight. What's going to happen next?

well. hm.

i really didn't care for Arie's family. i didn't really care for him and wondered if he was really there for the right reasons. i didn't think he was ready to be a father-figure.

however, i certainly hope there was more to it than just that. i hope she saw those things too. and i think it was nice that she didn't let him go through any more. but i also don't know how fair it was (to him) if she was that conflicted.
