Who will be at DVC for New Year's 2004?

The December thread has gotten so long that it has become hard to track who will be where at different times in December, so I was wondering who will be staying at a DVC resort for New Year's and where you plan to be at mid-night.

This year the HBC family (and extended family) is staying at the BCV for New Year's week and will be at MGM at midnight. Unless it rains like last year. In that case we will spend it back at our room where it's dry.

We just booked Vero Beach 12-30 thru 1-3.
I can't wait to see the activities they'll have planned!!
Although I've only made it to midnight twice since DD 6 arrived. I know BORING!!
That's why I'm looking forward to something fun!

Gazeborob and family plan to be in EPCOT for NYE. We are planning on doing dinner in the room so we can rest, and then off for a great time.

I'm booked at OKW but waitlisted for BWV & BCV. I'll be joining friends for dinner at Flying Fish, and just hanging out with them most of the evening.

By fireworks time I'll probably be back at OKW, unless the weather is REALLY nice, in which case we may watch them from outside Epcot. The fireworks really aren't a big deal to me, though.

EPCOT on NYE with dinner at Rose & Crown.

Staying at BWV Dec. 28-Jan. 4. We haven't decided yet what we'll be doing on NYE itself, although we know we will not be in one of the parks.

at OKW from 12/27 to 1/3. seven of us in a 2 bedroom. We plan to do Epcot since it sounds like the most entertaining for the 5 kids ages 13 to 17 that will be with us. (our 3 2 cousins). Probably get dinner reservations somewhere in the world showcase. Will there be any problems getting into the parks for NYE? I've read on some boards that the parks filled to capacity by 3pm and noone else was allowed in. Does this happen regularly for NYE or maybe that was just a new millenium problem. Any thoughts

OKW for us and BIL and his family. We are both DVC members.

We are planning on EPCOT for NYE, and hope we do not get rained on like last year on Christmas eve. Dinner at Japan's Steak house. Does anyone know if they will have Rock & Roll NYE buffet this year??

Can't wait we have been to WDW many times over Christmas, but never stayed for NYE

We booked our PS for NYE dinner at Rose & Crown this morning! So happy we got what we wanted!

We will spend NYE in EPCOT and hope to see some fellow DVC members!

We'll be at VWL from the 29th through the 3rd. I just made PSs today for Artist Point on my birthday (the 30th) and Alfredo's in Epcot for NYE. Can't wait!

Hilton Head for us. This will be our second year in a GV. We're still trying to get friends and/or family to join us. If not, we'll have the GV to ourselves!!!

We will be at BWV from 12/21-12/26 but switching over to the Swan to conserve some points from 12/26-1/2. Planning on doing Epcot for NYE, just made a PS for Teppanaki for NYE 7:00. Hope to see some of you fellow Disers.

Party of 10 with a two bedroom and a studio at the BCV. NYE we are doing the 7:30 illuminations cruise from the BCV, then eating at Cape May at 8p and then going back into epcot for the midnight show. Hope it does not rain this year!! I do need to thank a wonderful friend who we found via these boards who has a really lucky finger on the phone who booked that NYE illuminations cruise for us!! Our party of 10 is Dad, Mom, 3sons, 1daughter, 1Son In Law, 1Girl Friend , MIL, and FIL.
