Who were these Characters at DHS?

Hi,

I was just at DHS on Sunday and near the Tower of Terror, there were 3 characters that I didn't recognize. They were woman dressed up in 40's (?) type dress clothes. One was older and was hanging around a security guard as well as drove in a spooky carriage thing. Had dark makeup. The other 2 were younger and one actually tried to steal someone's baby and took off with the stroller. She had a bright green dress on. It was hysterical and yes, they were characters that worked there.

Does anyone know them?

Clearly Streetmosphere characters, though which specific ones I have no idea.

I think one was Dorma Nesmond and one maybe Mimi Kaboom.. I don't recognize the 3rd.

Perhaps the 3rd was either Honey Darling or Evie Starlight. I can't remember if she was blonde or brunette...but the green dress woman was a red head and they were working together.
