Was wondering.... because I have a salesperson, and I have to admit, that I don't really like him.

And I've added on twice now, and they keep sending me back to him, even though I don't like him.

Can we change?

I usually just grit thru it.

Also felt the pressure, but that was 2 years ago.

Linda Smit. She is WONDERFUL. I have sent MANY MANY people to her over the years and they all report great service, communication and responsiveness. I HIGHLY recomend her.

Betty Prikryl is our agent. She has called us at home to let us know when resorts are close to selling out. She has also called us when we're at WDW to welcome us and invite us to come see whats new.

Byron is our guide. He is very professional, prompt, courteous and easy to work with. We highly recommend him.

Megan M. and she was wonderful..she really went out of her way to help answer our questions, etc. And best of all she is very low pressure.

Randy Kruger... great guy, laid back and full of information.

Lisa DeRosa was our Vacation Club Guide on our recent purchase. Phone # 1-800-827-7148. Very nice.

Julie Hughes is our agent also. I like dealing with her. She always calls back promptly and was very low pressure when we were considering buying.

byron was our guide and he was very professional, and very prompt in returning our calls. i would highly recommend him.

Jim McCoy - great help, honest and informative. Plus, he didn't disappear after the sale.

Debbie Robinson was our salesperson. She was great. No pressure what so ever during the presentation. We wound up calling her the next day from AK to set up our purchase.

Deb Robinson was our guide too. She even called us at BVC when we did our first trip home :)

Our guide was James Moore. I haven't seen his name mentioned anywhere in awhile. Does anyone know if he's still with DVC? He was o.k. - very patient with us considering we toured with a 2 year old. I do remember getting a phone call after we got home that was something along the lines of "what can I do to help you decide." We'd already decided, regardless. On our first trip with points (to HHI) he left us a message, but we haven't heard from him since.

Hi,
This is a bit of a "sore point" for us.Our guide was James Moore for our initial purchase and 3 add on's. Whenever we returned home we always called in to say hi and we really enjoyed the chats we had. When we returned this New Year we were told by the reception staff "he no longer works here" Felt very disapointed that nobody had bothered to let us know our guide had changed.
Our new guide is a guy called Randy but sadly we didn't really "hit it off" so I guess we won't be calling in in future.Anbody heard what happened to James Moore..??

mickg7dyd - I'm disappointed to hear James isn't there. Although we felt mildly pressured, we did enjoy him. He was so enthusiastic about DVC and I remember him saying that he was one of only a couple of guides who regularly got to work the DVC desk on the cruises, which he seemed to enjoy.

Megan M.
Upgraded on points and the specifics of the contract 3 times. Felt no pressure to buy.

Hi Paula H,
I guess our post's must have crossed.Yes we were very sad too to hear James had gone.He liked to hear our British views on things (both DVC and not ) and were very disapointed that nobody had told us he had gone before.
