Just curious, which DVC Guide did you have when you toured or bought? We're new owners to SSR and Susan Schell was our guide. Anyone else have Susan?

We have Glenn Wilson, and he was absolutely a joy to work with. He answered all of our questions as honestly as he could, and there was no pressure or hype. We have bought twice from him, and I would recommend him highly.

Michelle MacAllister is our guide and she's professional and friendly.

Bobbi:D

Ken Bradshaw, a great guide! He call's when I'm using points to check on things. Evertime I have called him he has called back promptly with a reply.

We have Byron Helgeson. We bought on the phone and he was great in answering all of my questions.

Rafael Massa! Great guy, he treated us like royalty every time we have been there. We thought we had lost him for a while there, but Disney changed email addresses, and I was sending emails for the wrong place. He has been with us since we first looked back in 92. He was patient with us for 10 years, and we finally bought in 02. Have since had mom and dad go through him, tried to have my sister go through him, but they screwed up when we signed her up for the tour, and she got scheduled for a day he wasn't there till later. Anyhow, I haven't met a guide that was bad.

Patti Douglas is my guide. When I originally purchase in '92.. My ex got that contract. Repurchased in '97 and added on in 2000. She is been fantastic to work with over the years and will still give me a call just to answer any questions I may have.::yes::

Larry Hope was our guide when we took the tour in 98 then made BWV our home in 99 we love WDW:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

I hope I get Susan!! My friends had her when they first bought in HH and really recommend her.

We have Judy too. :wave2: Very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Our original one jumped ship to Mariott Timeshare... :D

Current one is Ron Brumbaugh...
very quick on responses... :D

Ours we didn't like but rather than trash him I will leave it at that. We have a new guide assigned but he has not contacted us yet.

Very interesting. I wonder how many DVC Guides there are.

Also noticed that quite a few of those who responded were from New England area - CT, NY, NJ, RI & PA , although I know that there are Disney/DVC lovers/owners from all over the U.S. and beyond!

Anyone else care to share who their DVC Guide is?

I've never seen anyone mention our guide, Amil Arroyo. He's really great! DH usually is the one who calls him. We checked on him (and his family) after the first two hurricanes, we haven't checked since Jeanne blew through. He always calls us back quickly if we have any questions.:wave2:

No one ever mentions our guide either....Mayra Ramirez. Never met her in person, but she was very sweet on the phone.
