Who was at WDW on 12/31/99?

I was at the Magic Kingdom in Tomorrowland with my new digital camera! (That thing was like a brick with a postage stamp screen)

We stayed at Dixie Landings. I have one question though. Others who said they stayed, got a letter about Y2K and a flashlight in their room. Neither my parents nor I remember any such thing. And we are serious collectors of junk and stupid things. So we would have save it.

Anyone Else?

I was there. We stayed at ASMv and spent the day at MK. We had flashlights provided in our rooms and I'm pretty sure there was some sort of letter that was left with them.

I wasn't there that day, but I was there a few days later (January 4). I remember talking to a CM in Epcot who was horrified at how Epcot was. She told me that it was wall-to-wall people, many of whom were drunk. And after they left, the mess to clean up in Epcot was pretty bad. I remember saying how glad I was that everyone had appeared to be gone, since the attendance just a few days later was so low. She guessed that no one had any money left-they'd spent it all celebrating NYE, so they all left right afterwards.

Wow, We were at the Magic Kingdom and it was busy, but not that busy.
It's pretty impossible to be drunk there so I guess that was easier.

I do remember that it got prety quiet after New Years Eve.

I was there! But we stayed at a friend's condo, so no flashlight or letter here. We thought it was awesome because close to midnight, people were too scared to go on any rides so there were no lines anywhere!
