Who to contact to get my points audited?

Who do I contact to get my point balance fixed? MS is of no help.

MS cannot tell me why my points do not add up correctly. They say I have 40 more points than I actally do. The guy even said it could not be correct. He had to borrow points to make a reservation. But then when he recpped my points w/ me, I still had 35 points in my current UY. The contract is only 30 points total!

It gets confusing when you have points transferred in that are different UY and resorts. I had used and then cancelled a few reservations using these transferred in points and I think something must have happened then.

It really should not be that difficult with such a small contract.

You can request a printed account audit. It will have every transaction recorded in the system.

In this case, I would again call MS and ask the rep to go over the points in your account. If the rep still cannot reconcile your account request to speak with a supervisor (and ask for the printed audit regardless).

I think my attitude would be to try to get the account to balance and if they still insist you have more points than you feel you should, just graciously accept their total and move on - you are going above-and-beyond, IMO, in the first place.

If they can't find and correct the error just accept and enjoy the extra points! :)
 
You can actually look at the line by line usage on the website. Often you'll find there really wasn't an error.
 
MS is having big problems with their computer systems. While having our points reviewed by a Manager, 40 points disappeared into the bit bucket. The Manager opened an IT support ticket to get the points restored.

Today the MS website is missing several of our reservations and our different memberships have be combined into one. The MS adviser opened another IT support ticket. She stated that they are having big problems with their systems and she reports several account problems daily. :sad2:
 

I had the same problem happen today. Revised a reservation and now I have 192 points in my 2009 UY when I only own 100 points total . . . and the majority of those should have been used for my revised reservation. :confused3 Frustrating to say the least. ;) I know that I, personally, have had more problems with MS than not when making or modifying my reservations; even though they are always pleasant and eventually get it corrected. :) Sometimes, it makes me miss calling good old CRO who could mess up a reservation too, but could fix it easier. :cutie:

Well I think I have your 40 points. That is exactly the # over they say I have that I know I have.
