Who to contact for broken item purchased at WDW?

On our trip in July, we bought a Mickey carryon suitcase. Used it to get home. On it's first full trip this past week, the wheel broke. I want to see about getting a refund or replacement. Who can I call or email?

I did search the boards for an answer, but I can't find one.

Thanks in advance for any help.
 
I would probably start with the store you purchased it from. If it isn't them, they should be able to tell you who to contact (maybe the manufacture given the time lapse).

The telephone for the store is probably on the receipt. If you no longer have the receipt your credit card company probably has the info and it might even be on your statement, online or paper. Also depending on the c/c you purchased it with it may be warrantied via the financial company.
