Who Loves College Football

yeah Auburn!!! sec!!!!!! sec!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
oh and eta

congrats to N for showing the country what we all know.....!!!!

I don't get all the SEC love. All the SEC should be crying foul that Cam Newton was allowed to play. If he was in any conference other than the SEC he would have been out of there. And I don't think SEC football is any better than the rest of the country. Of course, I do live in Texas where we are all about Friday night lights!;)

Go Frogs!

And I don't think SEC football is any better than the rest of the country.

It's not....a couple of very good teams and then a bunch of others that beat up on a bunch of nobody schools to help pad their records prior to the conference schedule starting.

of course you don't........:rotfl:
am no Cam fan - just happy the sec is in the title game ----- and the sec is the conference.....strong.....!!! :yay::yay::yay::yay::yay:

I have to give my congratulations to Auburn. I am not a fan but you have to give it to them for finishing the season undefeated. To do that in the SEC is a fantastic accomplishment. Those of you who don't have teams that compete in the SEC just don't understand our love of college football and the best conference out there. My teams may not have done as good as Auburn but I will be a War Eagle fan for the big game.

As far as Cam Newton is concerned, the NCAA has spoken and this SEC fan is not bothered that they have cleared him to play. No jealousy here. And his performance on Saturday was phenomenal.

Just got my travel plans set today for the Rose Bowl! Go FROGS!!

And I'm cheering for the Oregon Ducks for the NC!

go Auburn!!!

and congrats to another SEC winner!!:cheer2::cheer2::cheer2:

Newton will likely go down as the best laptop stealing, attempted player for higher ever to win the award.

It's a joke he wasnt suspended by the NCAA. He may be the best player in terms of ability, and was fun to watch on the field, but it's a shame that his character isnt taken into account for this award. Reggie Bush has nothing on him in terms of off field issuess.

No, but if I had perhaps I would have found your head buried in the sand when it comes to him....and the rest of the criminals that used to play for Urbie?

:lmao:blah blah your team must be bstate
urban got rid of cam....

:lmao:blah blah your team must suck

ahh...the comeback of someone who realizes her team was out of contol. :rotfl2:

30 arrests under Urbie, funny thing is most of the team probably couldnt even count that high.

Newton (had he played for ANYONE else other than Oregon) would have been suspended. No way or how anyone can really believe that he didnt know what his daddy was doing.

Without Newton, Aurburn falls from the top stop of the BCS and the NCAA would have been stuck with TCU vs Oregon in their title game. There was NOOOOO way they would let that happen. Auburn - Oregon will be a great game...TCU / Oregon, not so much.

Newton probably will be in the NFL next year showcasing his skills.....and the NCAA will not have to worry about a mismatch in their title game this season like they would have had they suspended him.

edit to add since you edit your post---

Urbie didnt get rid of him, best as I can tell....from what I've read, it was a combination of Tebow sticking around for his Senior year as well as multiple cheating incidents that may well have led to him to getting kicked out of school...had he stuck around.

I agree with you on some points. I fully believe that if an AQ school had been ranked above TCU, Cam Newton would have been suspended. The BCS could not risk letting TCU in the title game. Which sadly would have been a great game with Oregon. The #1 offense in the nation versus the #1 defense!

The Heisman presentation tonight was ridiculous talking about honor and integrity. Cam Newton may be a great football player but a man of honor and integrity he is not.

I am so excited for TCU!! I am sure they will play a good game at the Rose Bowl...I will be watching that game as well.
And being an Oregon Fan!! I am so proud of my Ducks!! They worked hard to get where there at. Yea they had some games that were so pretty but when they play good they play good. GO DUCK'S!!! Thanks for Cheering them on!! A lot of people will be rooting for Auburn!!

The way the NCAA treated the Cam Newton situation is such a joke. The whole SEC does things like this. The NCAA had their chance to punish the appropriate players in violation instead of what they are doing to the kids at USC who had nothing to do with Reggie Bush and weren't even in high school when he took the money.

Good luck with that. I ALSO have my tickets for the Rose Bowl and my Badgers are going to take a big bite out of your little froggies.

BTW, are you going to Disneyland while you're there? I couldn't resist spending NYE at Disneyland :cool1:.
