Ha, I am hoping for the upset. We are a different team at home. And I am sure the Non-AQ teams are behind my Golden Bears!

Drat! Missed it by that much. That's two losses due to missed field goals. Arrrgggghhhh!!!!!

But as you say, we're a different team at home, and the Big Game next week is in Berkeley, as well as the regular season finale vs Washington.

I am from Michigan and glad for win number 7, My daughter is a senior at U of Alabama. Loved being there for a national championship and now just wanting to play the spoiler for Auburn.

Of course Alabama has to beat I and my wife's alma mater, Georgia State on thursday first. But since this is their first year fielding a football team, I am mainly hoping no-one gets hurt for GSU. 6 and 3 is not bad for a first season though, so very happy there. Go Bill Curry and the panthers.

The man needs to figure out when to call a time out and when not to. Ugh!!!!!!

And you are right, unlike some fans, when Purdue is having a bad year, we fans don't have an issue calling it what it is. We own up to stinking up the Big 10 this year. The coulda, woulda, shoulds of all the injuries and other off the field issues, are just that issues, but not the reasons for the loses. We have kids who can play, just a coaching staff lead by a guy who can't get his game play figured out.

All I can say, is thank the good lord Painter and the b-ball boys and Versyp and the b-ball girls season's have started. Time to switch over to those games.

Georgia Southern made it to the play offs!! This is their first year with the new coach and back to Erk's option plays. We knew they had a chance when they beat App State a few weeks ago.

Some great games yesterday, capped off by the Boise St - Nevada game. I thought BSU had pulled off another miracle win at the end of regulation. Poor FG kicker. I don't feel so bad now about my team (Cal) losing a couple of games to ranked teams due to missed FG's. There was a lot more on the line last night for Boise St.
