Who isn't have problems with MDE?

We booked our trip last night for next May and I linked the hotel with MDE. That’s all showing correct with dates etc although we have 3x adult dining plans and it states table service, quick service and then child?? Eh all people on the booking are over 18 so not sure what that’s all about. Tried adding my mum and dad from our past accounts which worked although linking them all together was weird it kept adding the same names but under 3 separate ‘accounts’ saying invitation pending when they’d already accepted them. Really hope this isn’t ongoing as when my time opens up for ADR’s and FP+ if I miss out on anything I’ll be livid!!
