I just got a call from someone named Kim - she said she is my new guide. She is located in New York at the preview center. I used to have Ray Collier. Does anyone know if Ray left or if they are reassigning me because NY is closer to where I live? I am in MA, but I never get to NY. I do like to visit the DVC center when we are in WDW though.

My guide is listed incorrectly as William "Bill" Wroe; it is actually Lisa DaRosa. Bill had helped us with our purchase when Lisa wasn't available at the purchase time, but since we had already met with Lisa a year and a half before that she is actually our guide.
