Who is the rarest character that you have met?

On our first trip we saw Captain Hook in Adventureland but did not know at the time that it was a rare sighting so we did not get a picture. We did get a picture with Scrooge McDuck at The Contemporary in 2012.

Horace Horsecollar, Clarabelle, Shan-Yu, Bowler Hat Guy, Emperor Palpatine (?) Asajj Venteress from Star Wars, Flik

I've met a few rare characters such as max and most of the princes but the rarest thing I've seen is when I was watching wishes from the train station on Main Street, Snow White was standing there. She had no line so she was dancing and marveling at the fireworks. It was really neat to see a princess be in such character and not even interacting with any guests. Watching her made my night!

I don't know how rare they are, but on my fridge are two snapshots from my first visit to WDW when I was 4 (so....almost 38 years ago). One is of my mom having a discussion with the Sheriff of Nottingham and the other is me looking confused in front of one of the Seven Dwarfs (not sure which one he is).

Madame Carlotta at MNSSHP (during her HM bench routine exit). Just her and I. I'd say that's pretty rare, since most people were quickly packing in for a few random/mass group pics.

We met Boo at a Pixar Event (WDW) - as I recall we extended our stay for a day to catch it! Also met Koda (Brother Bear) in the past and Mushu when they used to be out and we ran into Max in Epcot (not sure how rare he is)....when I grow up I want to be Berlioz and meet all of the characters she's managed to meet!

Chicken Little and Abby Mallard as well as Robin Hood, Little John, Prince John, and the Sherriff of Nottingham back a few years ago when they did Limited Time Magic. My son really enjoyed it!

Also, Aurra Sing during a SWW was a pretty rare one.
