Does anyone have a favorite eBay store for Disney pins? low prices, easy shipping and handling costs, quick delivery? :surfweb:
What should I expect to pay for a pin? :confused3 I'm not a collector, but would be interested in having pins to trade on my next trip. This is assuming I don't want to keep them myself. :rotfl:
thanks for any help! :cloud9:

BUMPPING for some opinions.

I am looking for pins in bulk...maybe 20 or 30. My 3 DD's are usually given a few 'trading pins' each morning before we leave for the parks. It is amazing how well they do. They each have favorites and search the cast members for possible trades. I love this program. Not only do my DD's get some souvies...at a reasonable price...they get to meet new people. We require they introduce themselves and use the persons name before asking to trade. We are hoping to teach them that 'kindness goes a long way'. It's amazing to see the smile on our DD's faces when they've found something special.

We used to have a Disney Store close to home - it's now closed. We waited till they put pins on clearance...then grabbed a bunch for $1.50 to $2.00 each. These were perfect for trading pins.

Thx to the OP for starting this thread.

I buy the "hard to find" and the "ones that I like" on ebay from time to time. I don't have a favorite seller, but there are a few regulars all the time. Sort by price and work from there.

If you like buying a bunch - try lot purchasing. You'll pay $30-$100 for the lot, but you should get many - it would really be a bargain.

Let us know if you find a good seller.

My favorite pin seller is jacidisneypin. Always free s&h, quality pins, no junk. I've purchased through them over a dozen times. I buy only pins I like, so that if my DDs don't get to trade them we have ones we enjoy. Prices are very reasonable.
My personal belief on pin trading is that I would not buy pins to trade that I would not like to own myself-no Sedesma, Propins or the like. IMHO it's not fair to buy junk pins to trade and take all the quality pins. I've heard that if you don't trade first thing, all that's on the CM's lanyards are the junk pins. Things sure have changed since our last trip in 99!

I have purchased from 3 different stores on eBay (the ones that are always selling). I have not had a problem with any of them. Ship quickly and all pins have traded like a dream. PM me if you want the actual names.

My rule is never to pay more than $2/pin, and I usually stick to $1.75.

Not on eBay, but you can go to mousepinsonline.com and they often have a special of $1.75 pins (but regular price is $2).

Good luck and happy trading!

I'm a newbie at pins, and didn't know about the cheaper pins, which makes me sad :furious: as I had bought eBay pins which aren't the same quality of Disney pins. But! I bought what I like  so it's not a real loss. There is another thread on this subject in a whole different location, maybe I can find it again to share.

Thank you for all replies!

I have purchased from the following on the world wide web
pinshoppe.net a pin collectors paradise as they advertise.
great prices, VERY fast shipment and personal service as well. I believe the person that helped me out was Marti, the owner!

(as a matter of fact, i made an error on my order and the fixed it without any trouble at all)
