Who is putting up A tree this year?

We got a beautiful "fresh cut" noble fir the day after Thanksgiving. Truly the most beautiful tree we've ever had - and now it's DEAD! We now know "fresh cut" is a relative term. So to answer the question, we have a tree up now but we most likely won't by Christmas!

Not us.. we are spending Christmas at my moms house.. and I have newly crawling twins that are into everything. I fear that a tree would be laying on its side and all chewed up in the amount of time it would take me to go to the bathroom. Next year though! We ARE putting up a tree at my moms house, so at least my kids get to help decorate a tree!

Wow. I don't even know how I stumbled upon this board because I am here for park information, but I will say that my husband and I have already put up a tree. We are big on Christmas spirit.

Tree has been up since Thanksgiving holiday. If I don't get it up then I don't want to do it.

Now....I could skip it however the kids say no.

Mine was up and decorated, as well as the whole house (inside and out) during Thanksgiving weekend (shopping was also done and wrapped). I was in WDW last week and wanted to have it all done before I left. I can't imagine not decorating for the holiday.

For the first time ever, I have NOT put up a tree. We are going to Tennessee the week of Christmas, and I just could not see doing all that work when we won't be having family over and won't even be here on Christmas. We will put wreaths up on the outside of the house, and we are taking my DD11's 3' tree and some ornaments to TN with us, and will decorate it there (should take about 5 minutes!)

I am feeling like a bit of a scrooge, but I am giving myself permission to, because my mother passed away a couple of months ago, and I am really not in the Christmas spirit. I'm hoping I'll feel better about things when we get to TN. We plan to spend Christmas Eve at the Miracle Theatre, so that should get me in the Christmas spirit!

My tree is up. It's just a little 3 foot tree that has the lights attached to it, but it is green tinsel! I love it.

Just this week I took the time to clear off the top of a bookshelf in my dining room to set up my nativity set.

This is the first year my husband has had a tree since he was about 15! His family isn't very celebratory and always traveled on Christmas.

I have a naked tree in my living room. DH will eventually put the lights on it, and I'll put on the ornaments. I have the flu, though, so it probably won't be decorated for a while. The outside of our house is spectacular, though.

2 trees are up, inside of the house is decoarted. Hopefully outside will get done this weekend.

our youngest just went off to college this fall...took a family vote and decided that we wouldn't put up a tree. I will put out decorations around the house though....
