Who is over Winter?

So DONE with winter! This year has felt worse than others here in upstate NY. We've seriously begun talking moving south after this year. Just got back from a short trip to Florida and returned to more snow. The sunshine and warmth was a much needed break and after 2 days the return to reality has been brutal.

Well, I made it to the middle of February, but now I am done. I am tired of the snow...even though it’s beautiful. Tired of the gray days and the cold and nothing really going on. So tired of it that dh and I have decided to take a road trip to Florida. Yes...I am traveling....with my sanitizer and our masks, etc..

We were going to fly, but we love a road trip and just got a new car and have plenty of vacation time. Adult kids are all busy with school and work, so we are hitting the road by ourselves at the end of next week. Looking forward to some sunshine and warmer weather.

Anyone else done with Winter?

After living at the Canadian border in NY for 3 years (military) I'm always over winter by late September lol. Yuck, yuck, yuck.

Im over it on the offcial "I am over winter day", that is celebrated on Dec 26th

I don't mind Winter, mainly because we have kind neighbors and friends who come over to shovel our snow. I'm spoiled. Plus, my birthday is in February so I'm a little biased.
