My teenagers LOVE Disneyland, but they do give me a hard time when it comes to character photos now...especially my boys with fairies or princesses.

have a great trip, we will out of here early Sat and in the parks by late sunday afternoon with luck. I will continue to post as we go for everyone who wants an updated daily observation with photo's(I hope).

Our last full day in the parks -6 days so far and more to do! My family is exhausted, though, so they are back at the hotel swimming and napping and I'm having that very precious thing-time by myself in the parks! Parks were both very busy on Monday. We moved to the DLH yesterday (awesome!) and had a pool day. Today, things seem a bit less busy than Monday. We didn't make it in for the EMH until 7 today-but had maybe a 20 minute wait for RSR, which was fabulous. Got fast passes after and a child swap pass-and now it's down so my husband hasn't been able to ride yet.

We had the best food of our trip at a tiny takeout place a couple miles down Ball. Papa Hassan's, middle eastern food, chicken shawarma with an incredible garlic sauce. Fed 4 for $20, and they were incredibly friendly people.

Hearing some of your experiences being over there is getting me more excited. I can not wait. I still have 8 more days but it going to be a blast. As for the comment on teenagers. My Son is 19 going to be 20 next month. Still loves Disney and my daughter is 11 also does but not so much with the characters I agree lol. But I raised them with Disney as I did when I was young. My dad would take us kids every summer to Wilmington, CA to visit my grandma and Disneyland came every summer with it. So when I had kids still do same thing, visit family down there and do Disneyland. And hopefully with there kids do the same

Thanks Lori I have really enjoyed doing this every years for the last 3, looking back, if I do the blog it will be "Finally returned 3" its really the third year, I messed up on it last years. This year we will see what the iphone will do. Thanks again can't wait for your report from Labor Day weekend.

First time here..just found this site! WOOHOO! It is great!
We are going down Aug 25 to 9/1, First 2 nites Sheraton Park (club level - first time there) and last 5 nights DGC (splurged for view room this trip). We go down 2 times per year since 2009 (March/Spring Break) and Aug/Sept (Labor Day week).
