well some of my paper destashing just bit me in the butt.
I realized when I cleared out my email inbox that I never did see a refund from
Crocs for the shoes I returned. I called them and the rep told me she saw that they went to the warehouse but that the warehouse hadn't matched them up to my order yet. This was before Christmas! WTH!!
Then she wanted me to give her the tracking number of my package so she could prove to the warehouse those were from my order. Well I literally just threw away all that paper including a ton of tracking numbers.


So I went through my last bag of paper hoping it would be there but it's not.
I'm going to call them today and insist on a supervisor. The shoes were sent back in the original box they came in, less than a week after receiving them, with the original invoice inside the box!!! The RMA number was on each side of the box. Fed Ex shipped the return through Crocs return program with my name on the box. And somehow they want to play confused??
ok, I'm going to call them Mon since CS is closed on the weekends.
