Another checking in. I'm watching Pirates of the Caribbean 3 with my nephew tonight. The rest of the family are at the Homecoming football game at the high school (they are going to lose so I had no interest in watching that).
I just have to share. My nephew is killing me. He's 5 and chatters non-stop. He wants every detail of this movie explained. How did that ship pop out of the water. How does it swim under the water? Go back, I want you to see that. But, how does it do that? I tried that whole "Disney magic" response and it just wasn't cutting it.
Here we go again. "See, he thinks it's a rock. It's a white crab. Look, he's going to throw it. It's going to turn into a crab. See, it is a crab. That crab has a whole bunch of more crabs. See, Susie..." I don't think this little guy has a mute button.

"Watch he's gonna run. They are gonna take his ship back to the ocean. Watch, he's gonna run. You better wait for it. He's gonna run. Oh look, he's running. He's saying Wait Up!" (Yeah, this is a direct quote, I'm typing as fast as I can....)

"Susie look, it's my favorite song."
Oh, Lord. Save me! I should have gone to the game, but he'd have probably done the same thing there.
He plans to be a Captain Jack mailman for Halloween.

Apparently he can't decide which option is better, so he wants to be both!
